During winter heat packs are recommended for all orders. We will not guarantee orders that are shipped without heat packs. If you purchased a heat pack and your plant arrives with above average damage, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

RECEIVING YOUR PLANT: Plants may wilt or have slight browning on the edges during shipment. As long as the root system is in tact, this normal and not a cause for concern. Your plants will adapt to your home environment soon and begin growing.
